1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bat786 — whether through a browser, mobile device or any other means — and by creating an account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

bat786 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after an update is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not create an account or use the bat786 platform.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your bat786 login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication details — confidential. You must not share your credentials with any other person or allow anyone else to access your account.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify bat786 support immediately. bat786 will not be liable for losses caused by unauthorised access that results from your failure to keep credentials secure.

You must not use automated tools, bots, scrapers or scripts to access or interact with the bat786 platform. Use of such tools is a breach of these terms and grounds for immediate account suspension.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

bat786 processes all deposits and withdrawals in PKR. The following payment methods are supported for Pakistani players:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• Raast instant payment system
• Bank transfer (all major Pakistani commercial banks)
• Debit and credit cards
• Other mobile wallets as listed in your account dashboard

All payment accounts used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name, matching your bat786 account registration. bat786 does not process transactions to or from third-party accounts.

bat786 reserves the right to reverse a deposit if the payment originates from an account that does not match the account holder's identity. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

bat786 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, mobile network operators or banking systems. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the stated processing window, contact support with your transaction reference.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before withdrawals above certain thresholds are processed.
• Withdrawal requests will only be sent to a payment account registered in your own name.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• bat786 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

Processing times are indicative rather than guaranteed. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within one hour. Bank transfers and Raast withdrawals may take up to 24 hours in some cases. These timelines may extend during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.

bat786 is not responsible for delays once a withdrawal has been dispatched to the receiving bank or payment processor. If a withdrawal has not arrived within the expected window after being marked as dispatched, contact support with the transaction reference for a trace.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

bat786 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your bonus balance, separate from your real-money balance.
• A wagering requirement applies to all bonuses before associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from meeting the wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.
• bat786 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus if there is evidence of abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim promotions repeatedly.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus balance that has not been used within the stated period will be forfeited.

Players who choose not to accept a bonus are welcome to play with only their deposited PKR balance, which carries no wagering restriction.

7 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting on bat786 is subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed on the bet slip. bat786 does not accept cancellation requests for settled or confirmed bets.
• bat786 reserves the right to void a bet if it was placed at an incorrect or clearly erroneous price resulting from a technical fault.
• In the event of a cricket or football match being abandoned or reduced in overs, standard void or reduction settlement rules will apply as displayed in the specific sport's rules section.
• Live in-play markets may be suspended or closed at bat786's discretion during incidents or technical issues. Bets placed before suspension are honoured; bets during suspension are void.
• Maximum bet amounts and maximum payout limits apply per market and event. These are shown on the bet slip at the time of placement.

For PSL matches, ICC events and bilateral Pakistan cricket series, specific market rules apply and are published in the sports section of your bat786 account ahead of each event.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance:

• Creating more than one bat786 account under any identity or using different payment methods.
• Using the platform on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to fund your account.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing errors or system vulnerabilities to place bets or claim bonuses at an advantage that bat786 did not intend.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes, odds or game results.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than legitimate entertainment gaming.
• Providing false identity information or documentation during registration or verification.

bat786 reserves the right to withhold funds and report to relevant authorities where fraudulent activity is identified.

9 Responsible Gaming

• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials
• Decisions made by sports event organisers that affect the result or status of a match or market

bat786's liability to you in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your bat786 account at any time by contacting support. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment account after processing. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited on account closure.

bat786 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions. In cases of confirmed fraud or serious breach, any balance may be withheld pending investigation.

Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to inactivity fees or closure, as communicated in your account notifications. Any remaining verified balance will be returned before such closure is finalised.
